Full Details:

Due to overwhelming interest the Independent Agency Search & Selection Company IAS will be hosting its 2nd and final master class on communications and presentation in Johannesburg. The masterclass will be presented by speaker, consultant and author Clive Simpkins.

The purpose behind these Masterclasses, which are free to IAS subscribers, is to provide agencies with cutting edge information and training on related topics within the advertising and marketing industry.

Clive Simpkins has been in the communications industry for over 20 years and with many achievements under his belt such as, being a pro bono speech writer for the late ANC First Lady Mrs Adelaide Tambo and hosting his own show on talk radio 702 a few years ago.

“This is the second masterclass for Johannesburg and we are excited to be hosting it again in the city of lights. Clive Simpkins is an amazing facilitator, his approach will enable delegates to reach new levels of communication during presentations,” says Johanna McDowell, MD of IAS.

The Masterclass will include 5-8 minute segments with each individual, with a 'no rules' mind set. Each individual will present however they feel comfortable; PowerPoint presentations are not a requirement. Even the dress code is completely the individual’s choice, and an explanation as to why the outfit was chosen will be needed, only to understand what each individual believes it achieves.

Simpkins adds that he wants the session to have a certain flow led by discussions and concerns that the delegates will raise. Those attending the class will need to write a brief justification as to why they wish to, so that Simpkins can focus on the issues at hand.

What Clive Simpkins does best is to help people and organizations make quick and sustainable improvement and change.
