South Korean Customers Council and Brand Keys to Collaborate on Consumer Loyalty Engagement Index for the Korean Market

Brand Keys, a pioneering leader in loyalty and engagement research, has entered a collaborative agreement with Customers Council, the leading Seoul South Korea based brand research and consulting firm, to offer its services to Korean brands.

Customers Council, established in 2002, leverages B2C and B2B research to develop brand strategies and enhance the global competitiveness of Korean companies. It has been working with over 800 brands in 200 categories to help brands understand and offer the best value to their customers.

In early October 2016, Customers Council held meetings with prominent local and global Korean brands and a press conference announcing the partnership with Brand Keys, in Seoul, where the Customer Loyalty Engagement Index (CLEI) model will be applied to Korean Brands.

“We expect to successfully introduce Brand Key’s CLEI model to many brands in Korea through our annual Brand Award Conference,” said Jun Jae Ho, founder and CEO of Customers Council.

Results and Brand Loyalty Awards from the first Korean Customer Loyalty Engagement Index will be presented at the Customer Loyalty and Engagement Conference, in November in Seoul, South Korea.
